Got a Linux question?

Q: Where can I find an answer to my Linux related question?

A: I'm gonna say some obvious things now, but RTFM. Really. Debian Linux has come a long journey and it's official documentation is just awesome - https://debian-handbook.info/

If you need some quick answers to your quick questions it's worth to check major distros Wiki:

This is probably a best place to start with. If you're running Debian - find a topic on Debian wiki.

Ubuntu is the Debian fork. Most of the things you'll see there are applicable to Debian.

Arch is the best. Especially when it comes to wiki documentation. It's one of the best wikis I ever seen.

Gentoo is my mistress. I was running it on my servers for couple of years and was deep in love in the idea (borrowed from *BSD world) of building everything with using global flags. Like you want some software to support feature A but disable feature B? Ha, easily, with using their "use flags".

For my russian speaking fellas. Alt Linux is RHEL/CENTOS based russian distro which has quite a thorough wiki covering pretty much all the usual topic
